The Challenge: We will program a two-minute max effort AMRAP (as many reps/calories as possible) workout on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week in August. If you miss a day, just make it up later in the week (just be sure you complete all the workouts for the week during the week they are programmed). If you can’t make it to the gym that day, a “from home” option will be provided.
Example workout: 2:00 max row for calories.
Challenge Dates: August 4th - August 29th
Scoring: Each day will have scoring related to the AMRAP.
On August 30th, there will be a separate score where you note if you completed every AMRAP challenge throughout the month.
