We will have scaling options available for every ability level. Guests can workout for free.
When: Saturday May 24th, 7:00 AM & 8:30 AM
Open Gym will be available the rest of the weekend, if needed.

“Murph” is a workout we complete every Memorial Day. The workout is:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
Murph is named after LT. Michael P. Murphy who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. We complete “Murph” not only in honor of his bravery & sacrifice, but also in remembrance of every other soldier who has paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
